There is a huge demand for the housing in Batıkent/Ankara. These mass housing projects were realized for fulfilling this need. New housing technologies are embedded and all utility connections were provided.

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

This project consists of both single storey and multi storey build-ings, which reinforced concrete structures. Design and construc-tion ofstructural, architectural, mechanical, electrical works are provided by PROCCEA. Also, infrastructural works and their connections to the city grid were provided by us. This project is typical propert investment project and it was completed in a 8 month period.
