BACKGROUND

 

Kışladağ Gold Mine is located 30 km southwest fo Uşak city in Turkey. The Kışladağ gold deposit is 180 mt ore and one ton of ore contains about 1,07 grams of gold. Kışladağ Gold Mine is Europe’s biggest heap leach operation with 8 ton carbon process capacity. Existing CIC tanks had been corroded and needed to be replaced with shortest down time. CH Engineering planned all steps to be able keep production while installation. Project is completed 10 days ahead of strict schedule. Production capacity increased.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

CH Site Team had completed 350 m2 concerete works,  100 ton of structure steel manufacturing and erection, manufacturing and installation of 10 each CIC tanks. Also CH site team had complete over 1500 meter of CS piping and all of the CIC train’s equipment start-up.
