BACKGROUND

 

During the hotel construction in Cyprus, our Client's local partner requested us to help them kick off their new housing project which was planned to be completed by local contractors. This project is designed for the completion of 250 units of apartments. We as Proccea have just started with building 4 units to demon-strate the local contractors the documentation, scheduling and possible cost savings in mass housing. Local materials and labor are used and mainly finished with training 4 new companies.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
