The proposed site is located 7km South of Gardez City, the Provincial Capital of Paktya and approximately 135 km Southeast of Kabul Province. The site’s average elevation is 2,303 meters. The site is owned by the Ministry of Interior. The Contractor shall provide site adapt design and construction of standard building designs, the Utility Infrastructure, and Civil Infrastructure.

This project consists of the design and construction of site improvements and construction of facilities to support the Afghanistan National Police (ANP) Units: ANCOP Headquarters and Special Support
Battalion located in Gardez, Paktya Province, Afghanistan. This project is defined as the management, design, material, labor, and equipment to design and construct and/or refurbish all utilities, roads, buildings, force protection measures, site security, de-mining activities.Security is critical to construction in Afghanistan, especially on roads and remote areas away from Coalition Force bases.
Steel Structure DOD certified buildings of training building, DFAC and ECP and other buildings are latrine, barracks, warehouse, Administration Building, Ammunition Supply, guard towers, gate house and a well house and organic waste disposal plant. Also the complex is powered by a generator.
